Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or returns on any products, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us through our support page found "here", and we'll do our utmost best to make your experience with us a good one.

IF a product is missing we will either refund the value of your item or offer you a discount code for the value for your next order, no items will be reshipped unless the value is over £10 for UK orders or £60 Internationally (excluding shipping)

If your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will act accordingly to ensure that a reshipment will be sent to the original address.
